On October 24th 2025, Chainsaw Man’s new movie created by MAPPA was an
uproar for the anime community. A lot of people liked the movie, but a lot of
other fans also didn’t expect the movie to turn out how it did.
When it comes to the plot, the action, the length of the movie, etc., things
were definitely differently approached. Let’s hear some opinions from diehard
fans of the anime!

“I really assumed Denji would kill Reze, that ending was so unexpected! I
really thought he would become powerful enough to do so, but to be fair he
learned how to use his chains more efficiently in battle so. So hopefully that
will be put to use in future content.” Andrew Scott (10) states.

With similar opinions like this around the internet, it seems there is a fair mix
of good and bad incorporated in this movie. Nevertheless being #1 on Rotten
Tomatoes is a big accomplishment. That being said, public opinions still
should be took into consideration.

“There was only one good action scene in this movie and Denji could barely
hold his own. They made him so naive of his own power, and why did Makima
end up killing The Bomb Demon? The whole film made no sense to me.” Dane
Hammen (10) states.

Overall, the movie was a great success considering its ratings and production
quality, the world is hyped to see more of whats coming from Mappa!
