The Chicago Bears have a record 11-6 and being the 2nd seed, which is impressive when you consider their record last season was a bad 5-12.
After a good kickoff return and a long drive, the Packers force the Bears to settle for a field goal to take the lead. The lead is short lived as the Packers scored a touchdown about 3 minutes later to take the lead and make the score 3-7.
On the Bears next drive, they get stopped on 3rd down, since its early in the game, you’d think that the Bears would just punt but instead they decide to go for it on 4th and 6th. The Packers drive down the field, getting a touchdown extremely easily. But then they scored another touchdown, and then another touchdown. By the final minute of the half, they were up 3-21 and they were in field goal range. Luckily for the Bears, the kicker for the Packers missed the field goal by about a yard.
Going into the 2nd half, the Bears were able to get a field goal to turn the Packers’ 18-point lead into a 15-point lead. It looks like Geno Smith and Caleb Williams switched bodies, because Caleb “Geno Smith” Williams threw a horrible pass that was intercepted.
But then, something happened in the Bears’ next drive; the Bears were able to get a field goal to make the score 9-21. The Bears’ defense had stopped the Packers’ last four drive attempts, and now it was time for the offense to play their part.
The Bears scored a touchdown, but so did the Packers; the score was now 16-27. But then the Bears scored another touchdown, and on the Packers’ next drive, they missed another field goal. With only 3 minutes left on the clock, the Bears were able to drive down the field and score another touchdown to take the lead and make the score 31-27, and end the game with yet another win.
