On November 9th, the NFL had an absolutely insane game day. Many matches were close; many were disappointing, but a big shocker was the defeat of the Buccaneers against the Patriots. This was a loss that the people could not stand!  
 
Many people who watched the game placed bets, primarily on the Bucs. Lots of money was lost with so many people thinking they would win as they continued to lose 28-23! Showing the loyal and dependent fanbase of the Bucs, willing to put hundreds and thousands on the line to see them claim victory.  
 
“I would never have thought they would lose, especially against the Patriots. They’re both solid teams, but this loss was truly sad for me.” Shawn Gugin (12) states. 
 
It seems like many expected the Bucs to claim this one, but they were caught with a surprising outcome.  
 
“I didn’t watch the game myself, but i know my dad is a big Patriots fan. Even he was surprised that they won, and I feel like that says a lot.” Silver Velez (12) states. 
 
A shocking success to both sides, but a victory all the same. Hopefully the next game doesn’t disappoint!
